[nfb-db] Clerification

Hi all.
I think there may have been a bit of misunderstanding somewhere. The reason I said that I didn't think VR would fund any training of sign language for RJ, is because he indicated in one of his messages that he is blind, not deaf-blind. As such, VR would not fund this type of training unless he became hearing impaired himself or needed it to complete some necissary task related to job functioning. They should, however, be able to point him in the proper direction of resources specific area that can help him. Perhaps it's different in different states, and my experiences within the VR system are with agencies that wouldn't do more than refer someone in this situation to another resource. I do have experience with 3 different state VR systems though.
