Hi all.
One more from me today, then I promise no more messages for awhile.
(smiles). On July 2, while convention was going on and 2 days after my
presentation, the FCC released the authorized agencies who will be
distributing telecommunications equipment to people who are deaf-blind
and have low income. Specifics on the amoun of income were not given.
You can read the release in word, pdf, or txt format. Below the links,
I have provided the info for each state along with the money that has
been alocated for that state for the next 2 years. The reason you see
Perkins listed for some states is because they have taken on the task
of running the programs in states where no other agencies have
applied.
