Hi Janice,

I lost the rest of my hearing in early 2006 and Voc Rehab paid for ASL  
instruction for me.  However, I am listed as having the primary  
disability of deafness under Voc Rehab so I don't know if this  
matters.  My primary disability used to be blindness but I changed  
councilors to the one working with D/deaf/hh/deafblind because I felt  
like she could better meet my needs.
