Hi Scott,
I agree that local and even state programs should be our first priority 
but I think a long term goal would be a national program and legislation.

I also know that doing teleconferencing requires patience because we all 
use different assistive technologies to communicate effectively.

Burnell continues to try to get the D.C. Rehabilitation Services 
Administration (RSA) to provide her with computer training so she can 
get her email etc.
