[nfb-db] Audible Battery Tester

  OH yes! when I had a loner hearing aid, it had an alarm, thus you can 
imagine the scare when suddenly I started hearing this weird alarm! 
Alarm that I'd ask my parents did you hear? and they'd say no. It was 
then when Ithought maybe it's the battery low alarm! Wow!
