[nfb-db] Florida Support Service Program Training Workshop - Orlando

Darlene,
In regards to the AADB. As you know, I am not officially a member of 
that organization yet. But I've heard while I was still a student at 
HKNC last year. That the AADB has selected a new president (Randy 
"Hippie" Pope?) and a new board of directors. Effective since last 
summer. I believe Randy once stated that they will take AADB in a new 
direction. And possibly unite the NFB with the AADB. Because in past 
years with the former president and former board members. They were 
wholly inactive and "do-nothings" that left AADB in dire straits. I'm 
guessing its taking Randy some time to take care of business and 
figuring out what they plan to do this year. Anything new with them?

This is not meant to be offensive to anyone who is a die hard AADB supporter, but they are not doing anything. Its sad.
