Hello Christopher,
 
Welcome to the db list.  Hope you have nice weather over there in the  UK.  
How do they help the deaf blind to support themselves?  Do you  have 
something called Social Security?  Is it difficult for you to get  around in your 
community?  Do you have SSP's, or as they are called support  service 
providers?
