[nfb-db] convention and interpreters

Hi y'all, 
I'm currently looking at flights to Orlando and it seems quite doable.  My question is about ASL interpreters and or SSP's for exhibit halls.  
Has anyone had an interpreter or SSP before? How easy was it to get one, and what was the process?  
Thanks for any information.  
When are the NFBdb programs? I'm unable to stay the whole time and if I come it will be from 4 July to 8 July.
