Hello Marcus,
Mind if I add in my input as well? Here's another suggestion so that the
next meetings will be more suitable for all those who might attend future
meetings. It's always a good idea to inform future guests ahead of time, to
ask them specifically what their preferred methods of communications are.
So that the leaders of the meeting can make arrangements for any special
accommodations to meet the needs of attending guests. Or if the guests has
a family or friends who can assist them in communication, that too would be
helpful. Remember that is also the guest's responsibility to ask for
accommodations. I hope that meeting was a learning experience.
