[nfb-db] DB Division Officers and Outreach

Hi Marsha,
We should let Alice Eddy know about Jennifer because, she has California 
as her DB Outreach state.

Marsha, by any chance you weren't thinking of our mutual friend, Angie 
Orlando and her list of DB groups that she compiles of resources.
