The money raised serves several purposes, assisting both local programs to provide much needed services for their hearing loss community, as well as furthering the efforts of HLAA in their national support and advocacy work. Since its inception in 2006, the Walk4Hearing has raised more than $10.5 million and has welcomed 72,000 walkers, making it the nation's largest and fastest growing hearing loss fundraising and public awareness walk in the country.
