[NFB-DB] Accessibility of Creating Closed Captioning

Hello there,

I have been recently looking into creating YouTube videos, but I have been made well aware that he automatically generated put captions on YouTube videos are usually not the best and would like to create my own if I make any videos. Does anybody know if this process is screen reader accessible?
