[NFB-DB] Online membership form back up

[NFB Deaf-Blind Division Webmaster]

Just when I thought this was resolved, it isn’t, grin. What I might have to do is simply have it where people submit the information on the form. Upon completion, they will be redirected to a page with a PayPal button to pay their membership dues. That is probably the best I can do at this time. I hope to have a better solution for this in the future.
