[NFB-DB] Online membership form now available

Greetings to all

For those that wish to submit their membership dues online can now do so.
Please visit www.nfbdeaf-blind.org/membership-application
<http://www.nfbdeaf-blind.org/membership-application>  to complete the
membership form. When you click or press ENTER on the submit button, you
will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. You can complete your
transaction with a personal PayPal account, or with your credit or debit
card. If you wish to pay using a credit or debit card, click or press ENTER
on the "pay using a credit or debit card" link after reaching the PayPal
payment page and then enter the information found on your card. You will
need to do this every year, otherwise, payment can still be accepted via
check or cash. The printable version of the membership form can be found at
