Hello Mr. Simmons, I’m going to include the getting started plank from Sam’s page. Basically zoom installation on the computer goes like this, go to www.zoom.com then you navigate to either the support link, or the download link whatever you find first. Or you can go to the link that I’m going to include in this email. The site should autodetect your browser, and your operating system so you should not need to do that. The site will just ask you for your email address this is just done so that in case people invites you to a meeting they can invite you via email instead of posting a link for everyone.

On the resume page there are a lot of resources you can read to help. Of course if you run into something like this and get stumped you can certainly always ask us here on the list.

Here’s the link, Getting Started <https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/categories/200101697> just let us know if you need more help?

I believe this will also work if you’re on the phone, you can break this email on the phone and click on the link that I put in and it should as I mentioned above auto detect the browser to turn your phone and the operating system. At ask you did like to download the app you can also go to the App Store for the type of phone you have, all recent versions of iOS have the App Store on the home screen, just go to search and do a search for resume make sure that it is something like assume videoconferencing. That will let you know that it is the legitimate app. If you have any concerns about is the app legitimate look for the developer name should be zoom US. Epic doesn’t say that I would advise you not to download it. If you’re using android than I believe there is the same app in the play store. Again under the description make sure that the app is from Zoom US. That way you are assured that it is the legitimate zoom app. I’m looking for some of the resources which I will post later when I am assured that the stuff I’m looking forward is appropriate for the list.
