Thank you for that suggestion. That option has been added to the form along with Blind/Visually Impaired/Low vision.

Hi Brian,  

 

I used the link below, it was a breeze to use.  Just one suggestion, in the space where one has to select their hearing/vision loss is, there is no place to select sighted or hearing.  

I am a supporter, I am not deafblind, however there was not a slot for the hearing or sighted.  

Just thought I would mention this.

Once you complete either the downloadable or online membership forms, payment of your membership dues and/or tax deductible donation via PayPal can be performed via a PayPal button found at www.nfbdeaf-blind.org/membership-application/payments <http://www.nfbdeaf-blind.org/membership-application/payments> . If you don’t want to include a tax deductible donation with your membership dues payment, you can clear the amount listed in the edit field before proceeding to the PayPal’s payment page where you will complete your transaction using a credit/debit card or a personal PayPal account.
