[NFB-DB] Zoom Question

Good morning David,
For most, having a different CART window is best. This is because the captions on Zoom flash up and stay for only as long as it takes to write the next set of captions. So if you are a slower braille reader, or even if you are a fast braille reader like me, who just wants to scratch her chin, or take a drink of coffee, you are going to miss out.
With CART in another window-- usually a website-- the braille reader starts at the top and reads at their own pace, and can stop to take breaks if needed.
Let me know if you have more questions. I'd love to attend your state convention.
Best,
Rox
