Hi all, I’m trying to locate the text only version of the Deafblind awareness week proclamation that New Jersey just put out, as I’d like to see if the state of Delaware can follow suit. If anyone can be of assistance in helping me locate this, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Kat
