Kat, did you try doing a OCR scan of the PDF document by doing the command of INSERT+SPACEBAR+O+D on your computer? That is how I am able to read a PDF that contains a scanned image or document.

Greetings everyone

I don’t think this PDF is accessible, because when you click on the PDF field where it is nothing pops up. I think how this document is created it’s created in such a way that it doesn’t make it self visible for VoiceOver users or other users of screen reading technology. I may be completely wrong though, but this is just what I’m seeing currently at present.

Thanks,

Kat

For those who are Deafblind who are attending convention and who may need SSP services while at convention, please read the below information. The National Federation of the Blind nor The National Federation of the Blind DeafBlind Division is ONLY sending out this for informational purposes. The National office nor the Deafblind Division is NOT responsible for scheduling , receiving, or paying for these services. This is a third-party vender and is not affiliated with the NFB and the Deafblind Division. If you have questions please contact the organization below. The information below was OCR of a PDF that is also attached to this email so that all can read easier, any mistakes made in the character recognition process are not the fault of myself or the technology used, but the PDF that was provided. Again, any question, please contact the below organization.
