[NFB-DB] Hearing the Door

Greetings.

As my hearing continues to deteriorate, I am finding it increasingly difficult to hear someone knocking on my front door. In addition, I am living with someone else with hearing loss who often has the television up very loud near where the door is.

So I am asking, what are your recommendations for this problem?  I am looking for something cheap but easily workable, maybe something like some accessible way to get notified on my iPhone when someone knocks on the door?
