Greetings:

This is Rocky Hart, an active member of the National Federation of the Blind
of Minnesota. I subscribed to this list several months ago, but I realized I
have not yet introduced myself. I am a student of twenty years of age
currently pursuing a degree in psychology. I was diagnosed with Norries
Disease, the condition causing my congenital blindness and hearing loss. I
have found the NFB and its DeafBlind division to be very useful thus far. 

We are establishing a DeafBlind Group in Minnesota for members of the
