[NFB-DB] plans for division going forward

I am the newly elected president of the deafblind division of the nfb of
Pennsylvania. I feel like we need to have a discussion about plans for the
division going forward. Is a new board going to be formed? What activities
do we need to do going forward? I know national convention isn't till July,
but it is not too early to start planning.
