[NFB-DB] To the nfb deaf, blind chapter

Can you send us a link? Alarm bells are going off in my head. It’s easy enough to attach lights to your cane. If you want to, it won’t cost $200 to do that. It sounds like someone might be pressuring you into buying something now, before you have enough time to think about it. I’m probably wrong though, which is why I would love a link.
