[NFB-DB] The zoom link for the NFB Deafblind Division meeting on 081223.

[Rod and Ele Macdonald]

Recently the revised Constitution for this Division was posted on this list. It was in .doc format, but I have been repeatedly unable to open it, or if I do, it is just a meaningless jumble of HTML characters. 

Can you please re-post this Constitution, possibly in .docx as well as in plain text?
