[NFB-DB] DB Section Dues and Constitution

	The DeafBlind division has been added to NFB.org/divisiondues page.
members should go to the page, select Division Dues $5.00 fill in the
contact fields, then make sure to select DeafBlind Division at the bottom of
the list of divisions. They will then go to the page to enter payment.

Hello all!

Due to the number of emails and the length of trailing messages I need some
assistance. 

I would like to pay my section dues before attending National Convention. I
could not find a link anywhere to do this. Can someone lead me to the best
place to pay my dues?

Second, Doula, thank you for reaching out to help me receive a copy of the
proposed constitution. I tried to email you directly.  Would you please send
to scolemae at gmail.com ? 

Thanks for your help and I look forward to meeting up at convention.
