[NFB-DB] Agenda for Division Meeting at Convention

President Riccobono asked Shelia Wright and I to help with the Re-organization of the Division.  As we discussed atour last meeting, we will be reading the proposed Constitution, electing officers, and having a strategic planning session to establish goals of the division going forward.
