[NFB-DB] Info on January 13, 2024 meeting RE Voting and membership

To the DeafBlind Division membership:

Your voice is important. Due to updating of the NFB Membership Portal we
are unable to confirm membership renewals at this time. This means that for
the purposes of voting during our Saturday meeting, only the board will
vote. By the next board meeting we should be able to have an updated list
of those who have renewed their dues. Any question or concerns please
