Good afternoon everyone, this is the second call for anyone who needs accommodations for our next public board meeting scheduled for June 22 at 6 pm Eastern. Meaning everyone should come to the meeting starting at five minutes to the top of the hour. If you know you are coming to this meeting, and will need interpretation, and or captioning now would be a very good time to email me and ask me to make sure that I get those arrangements made. All Accommodations due to my email box no later than 5 pm Pacific time that's 8 pm Easter time Friday. This is to make sure I have enough time to get all the arrangements made with the national office in a timely manner.

Also as a reminder if you have not already paid your dues for 2024 you wish to vote our July annual meeting I would urge you to join the division on National offices website. If you need Lake, please do not hesitate to reach out to myself or treasurer Sara coleman.

I'm going to put in this message a copy of our final division meeting agenda. If anyone has any comments or questions feel free to ask me.

Finally if you are unable to attend our national convention in person you can still at least observe what we're doing in Orlando first vice president as graciously to provide Zoom feed of our meeting the 5th of July. And I can tell you I will be recording it so if anyone wishes to hear the professionally done recording I can make it available after I return home National convention.

Also before I forget, here is a List of our events during this year's national convention.

July 3 9:30 am volunteer SSP training salon five.
July 5 12:30 pm to 5 pm and convention meeting salon 15.
