Hi,
In the state that you are living in, contact the Assistive Technology Center
for your state and see if you qualify for the deaf-blind I Can Connect
program. This is a federally funded program and every state is suppose to
have an agency or nonprofit organization that works with the disabled and
see if they will help you.
They may have a low interest program or a grant program as well to help so I
would check them out and see where they would refer you to.

Subject: [NFB-DB] Medicaid Coverage For Hearing Aids and Related Medical
Costs
Good afternoon everyone.
My name is Justin Heard, and I live in Tennessee. Unfortunately, my Medicaid
plan does not cover hearing aids or related costs for anyone over 20 years
old. I encountered the same issue in Georgia as well.
Does anyone have tips for covering new hearing aids or other associated
costs? I don't know what I will do if my hearing aids need repairs.
Thanks.
