Good afternoon everyone, I just wanted to take a moment to let everyone know that when the agenda comes out do not become alarmed when you only see two activities of the division in the national agenda. There is a third item, the deaf blind chat. This event will occur approximately in our after adjournment on July 7 to be held in a room that will be announced on this list, and in the announcement it will be handed to our national president during General session on July 7. This will be an opportunity for you to meet our newly elected board members, meaning those elected to the board on 5 July. That will also be an opportunity to network with your fellow division members, this will be time to chat with one another in a informal setting. The plan is for this to be about two hours. Of course the paid interpreters are invited, as well as the volunteer SSP’s. Here's hoping that everyone on this list can at least pencil us in on their schedules. So I'm just letting everyone on the list know about this event because it didn't wind up in the national convention agenda. Mr. Bergum and I had a chat no pun intended here to discuss this. 

Here's hoping that this email finds everyone on list well and I look forward to chatting with all of you on the evening of July 7 2024. If you have questions please feel free to send me an email.
