[NFB-DB] It pays to be a member of a division. I can explain below.

So, if I'm understanding correctly, I'm not sure why anyone would feel
compelled to agree with promoting policies mandating those who are
homebound can't vote? To be clear, what's the incentive here? I'd
really love to know why I should get on board with this logic. For
instance, why would someone who is homebound ever tell Housebound
Friends that we need to specifically promote a policy mandating that
persons who are Blind can't vote? Does it make the organization sound
daring and provocative, drawing in more funds? Does it make persons
who are homebound sound better than being persons who are Blind if
they get to choose to exclude them?
I can understand if someone doesn't care to advocate for equal rights
due to limited time or energy, including for disabilities they don't
have, as we all have priorities. What I can't understand is why anyone
would actually "promote" this or anyone would then "agree" with it?

I have to look to see who is a member and who is not a member. If you pay dues and you're a member of the division you certainly deserve a copy of the transcript, and a copy of the audio recording. This is because you paid your dues your participating. Remember the phrase actively participate in the program of the national Federation of the blind. Below there is the join division link. Please consider joining the division.

And of course the membership portal gets updated early next year to aid in that process. I hope everyone is having a great Monday but I just wanted to take a moment to remind people about the benefits of being a member of the national Federation of the blind deaf blind division.
