[NFB-DB] more on weather and emergency alerts

I can hear the alert with my hearing aid. But when I take my hearing aid out at night I cannot hear anything.

I am also able to hear the alerts on my phone and my smart devices with or without my hearing aids, so I don't feel that I can honestly accurately answer this question.

     President Mines is looking for my feedback on experiences with alerts.  I personally have good enough hearing with my hearing aids to hear audible alerts.  However, for those of you who can’t hear audio alerts how do you receive those alerts?  Do we need a resolution to work  on this issue?  I know the other thing I’ve used is the Weather Channel app on my phone which could be accessed by a Braille display.  If you have thoughts on this, please respond to this quickly, since were getting down to the deadline for resolutions.  Thanks.
