Good morning everyone, this of course is an official call for accommodations request for our next public meeting. That meeting will take place on March 8Good morning everyone, this of course is an official call for accommodations request for our next public meeting. That meeting will take place on March 8 at 8 PM Eastern time.

If you are needing accommodations, such as video sign, or professional captioning. Please send an email to me off list, This email should have the following information?

The email should contain one your name. Two what type of accommodation you are asking the division to provide. Is it video interpretation, or is it professional captioning? Three you need to tell me the date in writing if possible of the next meeting. That of course is March 8, but it has to be written out in your request. For how long will you be at the meeting if you’re going to participate in the entire meeting please state that clearly in the email. Five please let us know that you are aware of our accommodations policy. Everyone who request accommodations will receive an emailed copy of that policy. And last but not least along with saying that you understand our accommodations policy please remind me that you are a paid member.
