Hello all, I absolutely must turn in the request for accommodations by no later than noon Pacific 3 PM Eastern. I would prefer that they show up bye noon eastern. But that cause of issues for people here in the west. So the absolute Drop dead deadline is noon Pacific 3 PM eastern. At this point it looks like there's one person that needs interpreted. I have seen no request for professional captioning. If you need either one of these things for our March 8 public meeting. Now would be an extremely important time to email me directly. Just so that everyone is aware that meeting on the eighth is critical in terms of convention planning. Long story short we're going to talk about predominantly convention prep things. So if you have questions I would strongly suggest that you find time to join us?
Let me go over the things that I request must have in that email. One your name, to what kind of accommodation are you asking for? Are you asking for interpretation this is video ASL. The other accommodation is professional captioning, we use One Tap. Three I need to know how long you will be needing either of the two above listed Accommodations. If you're going to attend the entire to our meeting, that needs to be in writing, and the body of the email? Next I need to know if you are a paid member of the division. And to echo what our national treasures Sara common has said on his list previously now is a great time to join the division. Finally the last thing I need to know is that you understand everything that I mentioned above, in addition you understand that if you are not on the zoom call after 15 minutes into our meeting, we must release the caper, or the interpreter. And of course it is counted as a no-show. At that point if you wish accommodations for the next public meeting you would need to email me with a very very very good reason as to why you did not show? So I need to know in writing that you understand this part of the policy.
If anyone has any questions please email them to me? I want to thank you in advance for reading this?
