Hello,
Not sure if this is okay to ask here so please let me know if it is not.
I am experiencing minor hearing loss and having a lot of difficulty with
zoom. I have a braillenote touch that I use as a braille display, and found
that zoom app on iphone has captions and transcripts. Is there a way to
read captions easier? The transcript skipped words and it was almost like
the display couldn't keep up with the speaker. Is there an easier way to
use captions? I'm new to all this hearing loss so any tips or resources
would be great. I have vestibular nerve enflamation that causes balance
issues and hearing difficulties (the hearing loss has not been detected on
hearing tests at present, but it's been 8 months since I got a severe ear
infection, and I still can't echo locate at all, and I struggle a lot more
than I once did with hearing traffic, and hearing over background noise).
I recently figured out I can use the notes app and tthe braille display to
communicate in a loud environment.
Thank you for responding and for your advice and tips.
