[NFB-DB] The brief agenda or the June 2 meeting, and Final call for accommodations?

Good morning everyone. Unless someone writes me extremely soon I'm going to release the video interpreters for the June 2 meeting. Question should we keep one tap mobile? This is a professional captioning that is used on all presidential releases and is also used by the national office for events other than our meeting.

Here is the agenda in brief for the June 2 meeting.
7 PM eastern call to order.
Board of Directors role call doula.
Secretaries report doula.
Brief treasurers report Sara.
Anna Troutman volunteer SSP program update.
Don Duran, interpreter matching.

Sara common T-shirt fundraising activities.
Reading of resolutions that are being sent to the national resolutions committee.
Sheila Wright NFB national board member.
Appointment of nominating committee.
Final approval up the divisions honor roll call donation to national Federation of the blind standing funds

The appointment of the nominating committee. This will follow a brief discussion possibly by Sheila Wright regarding National Federation of the blind elections procedures and policies.
