Hi everyone, at the Board Meeting this evening, I mentioned a neck loop I recently bought. This is a personal device which you hang around your neck and which works with the telecoil mode of your hearing aid. It does not use any batteries, because it's just an inductive neck loop. It has a 3.5mm headphone plug at the end of it, which means you can plug into any headphone jack, including the receivers used for assistive listening at national convention. So, just plug it into the jack, switch your hearing aid or implant to telecoil, and you're good to go.
Some may find doing this easier than wearing the headphones provided with the receiver.
