Hi Jonathan, Yes, I would appreciate your help. Here is the info on my
hearing aids: Resound Vivia 9 60S-R. I guess all we can do is try and hope
that Resound will help us resolve this issue. By the way, I enjoyed
watching your interview with Ramona Walhof on our Idaho Blind youtube
channel.
