Like it or not, technology is a force to be reckoned with. As for captioning specifically, have you looked into captel? national DB devision needs to do is get digital.
What I mean is, get on Facebook, Twitter, get all of

opinion, but I do not think many of us are aware of
what is happening within the national DB devision.
If members do not know, how can that help with any
sort of effort regarding DB issues? I'm not trying
to criticize the leadership with this email at all,
so I hope this message is not taken that way, I'm
just offering input and suggesttions.</div>
