The first thing you need to do is get your hearing tested.  If you<br>
have a counselor with your state disability agency, they be able to<br>
help you make an appointment with an audiologist.  If your hearing<br>
loss is bad enough to cause problems with traffic, you may need a<br>
hearing aid for the right ear.<br>

In the meantime, if you're at a busy intersection and there are other<br>
people there, ask someone to tell you when it's safe to cross.<br>
