I explain yes u can link a braille display to a desk top. then I tryed to explain more 2 at the office did not want to hear any thing after that. So today Friday December 20th when I got hom I txt Devin an Angelica together so they both will know at same tine. I explain that yes u can link up a braille display to a desktop only if it have voice output thats the only way the braille display will work. So no your desktop is accessible to me because the computer does not have Voiceover and don't have JAWS on computer neither.
