<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body style="overflow-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;">I enjoy using an Apple watch because it will speak the time on demand using a wide selection of different voices and will let you use a gesture to trigger what Apple calls taptic time that using vibrations to tell you the time. It alternates between long and short vibrations to tell you the time. 11:23 AM would be one long, one short, two long, and finally three short vibrations. It's a little expensive to get started if you are not already an Apple user but their support for deafblind users is pretty decent.<div><br></div><div><div>Take care, </div><div>Tony</div></div><div><br><div><br><blockquote type="cite"><div>On Nov 8, 2022, at 11:12 AM, Misty Kienzynski via NFB-DB <nfb-db@nfbnet.org> wrote:</div><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"><div><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><div dir="auto"><span style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Greetings.</span><div style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br></div><div style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">I am currently looking for a talking watch for a senior who is both DeafBlind and has mild dementia.
