That’s how I have done it when having closed captioning done for the Colorado DeafBlind division. I just request a copy of the transcript from the captioner. The only way I can think of to identify speakers is to have someone professionally type a transcript. And the only service that I know of that does this would probably cost something like 15 to 20 bucks a month with a 40 minute Time limit. And then company I'm thinking of uses AI heavily which means one would have to proofread it. This will get me thinking about some of the access discussions we've had.
