What kind of accommodation are you requesting? An affirmation that you will attend the meeting and thus use the accommodation. If you are requesting captioning, the thing provisions apply. But you must clearly state that you're asking for captioning. If you request is for sign language interpretation, please clearly state that that's what you are requesting. Just as a reminder if you are wishing to have a vote at this meeting you need to be a paid member of the division. Our treasurer can post information about how you can do that before the accommodations cut off date. If you have questions regarding this meeting please feel free to write me.
