When I receive request for transcripts, an audio recordings of meetings. I have to look to see who is a member and who is not a member. If you pay dues and you're a member of the division you certainly deserve a copy of the transcript, and a copy of the audio recording. This is because you paid your dues your participating. And of course the membership portal gets updated early next year to aid in that process.
