If there is something urgent that must be taken up on June 2 by the entire board now would be an excellent time to let me know about it so that I can discuss it with the board.</div><div><br></div><div>The things that should be in your request for either ASL services meaning video sign and or professional close captioning services. One your name, if you're not staying for the entire meeting please tell me how long you're going to need services for at the meeting three what kind of service do you need do you need interpreting? Or do you need captioning services. Next just remind me of the fact that you were paid member state affiliate and or some other means of letting me know that you are indeed a member of the national Federation of the blind line division barring that definitely would need to know that you member of the organization.</div><div><br></div><div>Finally I am sure Sarah Coleman can chime in on how you can pay your dues electronically prior to our next meeting I think a good cut off or do is sometime very shortly after the 22nd so it was to allow the national office time to count you properly. This notice for people who aren't already paid or 2025 yet. Also if you haven't paid just a reminder please make sure that Dula has your contact information.</div><div><br></div><div>Also I'm sure our treasurer would want me to remind all of you that if you're not joining us in New Orleans but want a T-shirt on 26 May will be an excellent time to place those orders advertising a.k.a. information on such I'm sure is coming soon.</div><div><br></div><div>If you have any further questions, comments and or concerns related to our next meeting certainly send me an email. It would be extremely helpful if you email me directly not writing it to the list hoping that I see it I'm getting a lot of email these days. It would be extremely helpful when you send me a direct email not on the list that you stated the subject line that it has to deal with the June 2 public meeting in the subject line, and your concern is specific to national convention, please put National convention concerns and after intending in person add in person if your virtual please add the word virtual in the subject line that will help me respond quicker.
