email notices for Continuation and Non-Continuation of Grants. </font></p> <p style="line-height:24px"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><span><font style="font-size:16px" face="Aptos, sans-serif">The Department of Education will continue 554 awards in the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS). These include 464 grants overseen by Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) including programs that support personnel development, Technical Assistance and National Centers, and 90 awards overseen by Rehabilitative Services Administration (RSA). Continuations will include conditions that ensure compliance with existing civil rights laws.</font></span><br></font></p> <p style="line-height:24px"><font style="font-size:16px" face="Aptos, sans-serif">In addition to the continuations, the Department is also preparing to non-continue or BLOCK 25 awards under OSEP and 9 RSA awards.
