Georgetown Affordable Housing-

"Redevelopment of the Hurt Home, at 3050 R Street NW, could move forward as soon as soon as July 13 if the DC Council approves the proposal. In a recent compromise, Argos Group scaled back its plan from 35 to 15 condos, three will be affordable housing. Also, one of these units will be set aside for a blind or visually impaired resident, a nod to the building's past use as a home for blind adults." (7 July 2010 Dupont Current)

The redevelopment was approved at the July 13th City Council meeting and is expected to move forward. I'm not sure what the income limits for affordable housing are, but it is an opportunity to live in Georgetown.
