[Nfb-dc] Light the Way 5K - September 28, 2013

Light The way 5K is a family friendly event. There is something for
everyone. RUN in the competitive timed 5K USATF certified course or,
WALK on the same scenic 5K route.

Volunteers, there are lots of wonderful opportunities for you to help
too.  You must be 16 years old to volunteer, and you can earn service
credits for school.

TIMED RUN Begins: 8:00 AM
