The position closes November 8. The person hired will do communications and constituent services, (information and referral) for the Maryland Technology assistance program, my program and for my parent agency, the Maryland Department of disabilities. The application is accessible or it has been the last several times I have looked at it. The hired person will be using the office suite and social networking applications. They also will be based at MDTAP, in other words The Workforce Technology Center, which is the HQ for Maryland rehabilitation. They will likely also spend considerable time at the Maryland Department of Disabilities in Baltimore's inner harbor. There is language in the announcement mentioning the possible need for a valid drivers' license but you are not required to possess such for this position. Moving expenses will not be provided.
